HELP-Getting return receipt from other than the intended recipient

Need your input please…I have a user who sent an email to the outside recipient with return receipt enabled. Get this, user received return receipt from the intended recipient but also he gets another return receipt from random user within the company eventhough he didn’t send an email to that person. Have u guys heard of this problem…? Is there anything I can do this from happening. This happens at random but not often…

Hi Won,

You can do nothing. The problem is from the other side. There is someone else receiving the same message. Maybe someone else is opening the intended recipient’s mailbox? You should, maybe complain about it.
