Sometimes when a user sends an email and the person receiving the email (outside our company) hits reply the email address has an extra domain in it.
IE. instead of ellen@abc.com the person replying gets ellen.abc@abc.com
I have made sure the info under tools-preferences is correct - that the owner is correct. Also made sure the person document is correct as far as the email address goes.
Any clues would be greatly appreciated.
