Have 2 dialog list fields. I need the second dialog list to populate based on value selected on first dialog list

Hi,I have 2 dialog list fields. The first dialog list field has values “A”,“B”,“C”…“Z”. Based on selection made on the first I need the second dialog list to populate. For example if on first user selects “A”, the second dialog list shows all customers starting with A and so on.

The problem is when a user selects “A” in first dialog list and the second field dialog list formula calculates its values if a user changes his/her mind and goes back to 1st dialog list and changes from “A” to say “C” the second dialog list is not re computing. I have refresh fields on keyword change checkbox checked.

Hi, Vishal. You should be able to do this. Do you have the setting “Refresh choices on document refresh” set on the second Dialog list field?
