Is it possible to take an existing sent message and tell who has read it. I have an e-mail that was sent to 10 people and one of them states they never saw the e-mail. Is it possible for me to pull a log or a menu from the Admin client or Designer client to give me the info I am looking for?

Subject: not now
before you send the message put a return receipt on it. when they open it you will get notified. Of course they could open it and close it right away without reading it so there is no for sure way of knowing of someone actually reads it, you’d just know they opened it.

I have query that if receipent open mail in preview and in that case return recipet does not generate…is there any setting where force to get retuen recipet if the mail sent with return receipet.
