What I am looking for is a DB my techs can use whenever they purchase an item for either internal or to be used at a clients. I have issues with them remembering where all the HW is used/used for so I am going to make them put it in under client name/internal with the purchase price and the mark up. Than from there I can see totals each month before I submit it to accounting for billing. This way I don’t have to chase them down to tell me what this stack of reciepts are:-)
