Hardware Config

I am useless when it comes to hardware configs. What would be the best hardware config for

2 x 18 GIG Disks (RAID 1) - OS

3 x 36 GIG Disks (RAID 5) - Other Data

Hi Chris,

I would install the Domino Program Files on the OS RAID 1 and the data directory on the RAID Level 5. If you have not that much data I would think about configuring both as RAID 1.

If all the drives are using the same disk controller you’re not really going to see much difference in performance no matter where you install the files.
