Hand cursor disappears in Citrix

Running Notes 8.5.1 and tested in a Citrix Presentation server 4.0 and 4.5 environment - but only reproducible on Linux Thin Clients using latest ICA as of April.

For both Full fat and Notes Lite we see that when the cursor would normally change to the hand, such as over the folder pane or in-active tabs; rather than the hand showing, we just lose a cursor all together. It’s not having pixel degredation as seen with other people it completely goes.

Has anyone else experienced this or make any suggestions please - I have posted this with Citrix as well.

Subject: Solution: IGEL Firmware update

We have hat the same problem in our envoirement. After a call to IGEL we get an firmware update andfirst tests have positiv results.So I think, it will also work in your envoirement.
