In Lotus Notes 5 and 6 we have noticed, that the personal adressbook has got Problems with groups, which begins with the same letters,
e.g. “Hotline” and “Hotline2”.
If you write a mail with Hotline, you will only get a selection including “Hotline” and a “IT Hotline” entry of a Server Adressbook.
“Hotline2” won´t be displayed.
If you write “Hotline2”, you will get again a list including the same “Hotline” and server adressbook entry “IT Hotline”. But if you now choose the “Hotline” entry of the personal Adressbook, you will get the correct members of the “Hotline2” entry, although choosing the displayed “Hotline” before.
Has anyone an explanation of this effect?
