Group Maililing Problem

Hi,

I have one user who is working in the research dept . , one is his dept. id & other is his personal id .

He uses the dept id for mass mail in lotus notes, but when we add the group name in the TO,CC or BCC it give an error

“This name is not in a directory”. & then it gives box

when it gives me something like all the last name of one of th user .

Can ony one help me.

I think the problem is related to incorrect user name.

You can very well include the dept id to the group. no issues. his personal mail id can also be included. only thing is that the mails will be forwarded to your domain to reach the personal mail id of that person.
