Group Mail database notification

I have a mail box called Info@domain name.com which has a couple of users that check it. My question is, is there a way to have them get notifications by e-mail to there own mail databases or any other way everytime a message comes in?

I use the Team Mailbox template from Error for these kind of shared mail DB’s. IT has alot of additional options to control shared mail files and is real easy to setup and use.

A mail rule should do it. You might want to set up a group and have the mail rule send email to the group, rather than individual names.

Thanks for the response Matt. I looked at that originally and just blew by it. I tried it and it works good enough for what the users want from it.

Personally I was looking for another Pop-up when mail came in to that database and possibly change the color or wording on it. But I’m not a programmer and I have been looking in some LotusScript books and I am way confused by how to do it. So, again thank you for the reply.
