Hi,
When we send mail externally and cc: it to an internal group address, we are having problems. The following is part of the headers from a message I sent from my work address to my personal address:
Cc: IT2@ourdomain.ourdomain.com
Subject: testetsetestestestestest
However, the actual “from” address is Damian.Connolly@ourdomain.com.
Is there any reason that the domain is being “doubled” when it is CCed and is there a fix for this?
We have already tried a number of things such as:
Recreating the group
Renaming the group
Changing the purpose of the group (I’ve tried “Multi-Purpose” and “Mail only”)
Any help would be much appreciated!
