Group Internet address issue

Hi all,

I encountered the following issue and have logged a PMR with IBM Lotus Support without any success. Wish to hear from you guys if there is any workaround.

I have created groups in my Domino Directory with each group having an internet address. Mail Domain field in the group has also been specified. My Global Domain Document is created in a way that ONLY if there are no internet address found, then will it tries to self construct the internet address using the format I specified.

All my users have no problem sending out emails and getting replied back nicely. But should I email to an external party, and CC: any of my Domino group, to the external party when he receive the email, he will be seeing the group has having another internet address that is unable to reply.

For example, my internal address is alfred@abc.com. I send to andy@yahoo.com and CC: my IT group, IT/Domain which is having internet address as it@abc.com. When andy@yahoo.com receive my email, he will see that its sent by alfred@abc.com, and CC: it@lsz.sg.int-ads.

I have no idea where this @lsz.sg.int-ads domain came from and it is not replyable back to my groups members. This issue applies to all my groups. I wonder if anyone of you might know the cause or if there is any workaround to this issue?

Thank you very much for the time taken to read my posted issue.

Regards
