Group access web user

Hello,

we have a problem with groups access.

If a web user is registered in a new groups, it takes a day or more before the access works.

Updating all views in names.nsf, setting NLCACHE_UPDATE_SUPPRESS_TIME in notes.ini, dbcache flush and so on doesn`t work!

Only http server restart or domino server restart works!

Any idea?

Britta,

It’s possible that your indexing is falling way behind and therefore the server takes a long time to register the change???

Otherwise, I normally see these changes take effect pretty quickly, as in minutes or maybe an hour.
