GPKS697LBU is back?

I read in the bug SPR# GPKS697LBU is fixed in 6.5.5 and 7.0. We use Domino Server 7.0.2 on Suse Linux and we got a comma (,) as decimal separator.

Is the bug back or it ist new problem?
