I like the fact that the Mail R6 template allows you to take an email and create a new C&S entry from it. But what about the other way around … i.e you’ve already had the meeting and you are wanting to associate (for historical purpose) an email that comes in as a follow up to that meeting?
Would be handy wouldn’t it?
That way if you can remember the name of the person you met with, you can look at your received emails by name. But if you can’t, you can go back to a meeting entry and see all the emails that relate to it (if you have associated them).
Think they call that “knowledge management” or something like that! 
Anyway … Lotus … might be something for your next template revision?
