Hi all, hope you can help a relative newb with this one!
A client rang this afternoon to complain that when they delete a message from their inbox, the message ‘doesn’t disappear like it used to’. Obviously - first of all is to refresh the view, which I did, but the message was still there. Clicking on the message to open it however results in an error message saying the message has been deleted! Also checked the soft delete options, which were the same as they always were! :S
Something similar also happens when moving messages to a folder. The message just sits there in the inbox and doesn’t move!
Something has obviously changed, but I’m unsure as to what.
