Ghost Agent Design Element

I have deleted an agent from my design template, but whenever I refresh the design of databases from this design template, a status bar message states that this agent is getting added (e.g., “Adding ‘MyAgent’ to database…”).

I have compacted both the template and the db, but every time I refresh the design, I see this non-existant agent getting added to the db.

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Could this maybe be a private agent with the same name, belonging to someone other than you, so you can’t see it?
