Getting Red box when saving documents with attachments

I am getting Red box uncorrectable error ewhen saving documents with attachments saying “OSVBlockAddr: Bad VBlock Handle”.

This problem happens only on R6 Clients but works for those using it with an R5 client.

After looking at the problem, I was able to identify that the error occurs when saving or refreshing document that have attachments.

I was unable to reproduce the error message on those documents that do not have file attachments.

Does anyone know why this could be happening. I am using version 6.02CF1.
