Getting "Insufficient memory" error using NotesInitExtended

Hi all,

I made a simple program that only calls NotesInitExtended and NotesTerm, but NotesInitExtended always returns an error, and ERRNUM always returns 7. From oserr.h, I can see that the message for 7 is “Insufficient memory.” . I have checked that there are about 3GB of memory and 2GB of swap. Is there anything that I should check to solve this problem?
