@GetField is no working on the Web

Hi

My problem is

I have set a value for the field (name = “USD”) by Javascript.

and i have a DialogList field . for generate a dynamic list , i write the Formula

unitName := @getField(“USD”);

@DbLookup (“”;“corp_wkflow”:“ApplicationSecurity”;“SendTo”;unitName;“UserID”).

But this is not working properly. i found the error that the @getField doesnt get the value from the USD Field. So it is not displayed the correct list value.

why it is not get the value .

plz help me out .

What is the wrong in this . i have to select any form properties and database properties.

My guess (off the top of my head) is that the javascript hasn’t yet set the field “USD” when the @getfield runs to pull the values for the list. It’s going to do that when the page loads.

You might need to have a button that refreshes the field values and then does the lookup, or something like that…

Oh! Thanks . Itz works. just i create a button with the @function RefreshHideFormulas. and I call the button from javascript . So itz working fine.

You got to make sure that ‘name’ is a Notes Field.If so

unitName := @getField(“name”);

Then unitName contains the value ‘USD’
