Get original recipient

I have a Mail-In database wich where emails for multiple E-Mail adresses are collected.

How do I find out to wich adress a mail was sent?

When Moving a mail with server-mailrule, there is the “Recipients” field, wich is not available in a normal routed email.

Subject: From fields in Mail-In Db

Try fields ‘From’ and ‘SMTPOriginator’.

Subject: recipient, not sender

i need the recipient of the mail and not the sender.

again: at the moment there is no field wich contains the recipient email adress, i analyzed the document with mayflower document viewer.

the question is if there is any router setting to NOT delete the recipient field when moving the mail into the mailin-db.

Subject: any answers?

Did you find an answer to this? I have the same issue as I am using a mail-in database for multiple addresses and want to know which email is for what address so I can set view selection rules accordingly to allow a user to have a personalised view.

Subject: Properties

All available fields in a mail you can find in the documents properties box.

Good Luck

i know, but i did not find a field wich contains the original recipient.so maybe it is possible to configure the router to not remove the recipients field?
