Can you try selecting the client action as "Local Client Notification" for any one of the geofence created and test by moving into it? With this we might know where the problem is.
Can you tell me in which device/emulator are you testing this? If it is a device, can you tell me if you are moving the device from fence to fence or, using any fake location apps?
Can you check for the geofences whose client action is "Notify Engagement Server", if the location is getting updated in the engagement console? That is, whether the user count in segment is changing or not? And also, make sure that in the campaign you are selecting repeat immediate for repeat message.
Please share your visualizer project if you are willing to. It will be easier for us to identify the problem.
Note: You won't receive notifications if the android app is not given background permission. Try to test it by not closing the app.

i am done selecting local notification and my testing devices are nokia 6.1 plus and samsung with android version 10.0, Again i have received ADHoc push notifications successfully. it means my configurations are ok.
