For section 508 compliance (for visually impaired web surfers) I must generate (header) tags for my content tables in my web based DB. I cannot seem to locate an option to do this. I would prefer a missed setting that would have to be checked but any workaround would be appreciated. This would best be located from the Create | Table dialog or in Table properties.
If this is not possible, how does one address 508 issues regarding this topic?

That’s a new feature for Notes and Domino 7. Tom’s answer will work for views, but normal Create–>Table tables won’t grow a header designation until ND7. In your design tables, you can always create the HTML directly, but you don’t get that option with client-created (content) Rich Text tables in current releases. Sorry.
