I have searched this forum and havent found any answer to my question.
We have a support database for our customers to login to, the users posts document, these documents contains readers and authors fields, wich contains the users.
The users can login and search and view the status of their cases. It’s here the problem start. When the users perform fulltext queries the results can be inconsistent. Sometimes (same query, same view, same db) the result come back as ‘0’ hits, sometimes as ‘64’ hits and so on.
has anybody noticed this kind of problem before?
