Full text index

User gets “The full text index for this database is in use” from time to time when she is using the full text search in her Notes e-mail db from her Notes client.

Right now I only have one person that this is happening to.

Also, we have deleted and recreated her index several times yet she still gets this message.

Anyone know why???

Or better yet, how to correct this???

1a. Does this User use a Server-copy or Local-Replica of their Mail-file?1b. If the User uses a Server-copy, what is the Update Frequency of their FTI set to?

  • The Chronos Task may be updating the FTI of this User’s Mail-file when they encounter the error.
  1. Do you use the Domain Indexer in your Environment?
