Full Text Index - New Mail Agent

Our servers were upgraded recently to 6.5. Since then I have had trouble with some of my scheduled and new mail agents. They complain that a full-text index needs to be rebuilt and quit. Well, first off, the agents only use a “search” not “ftsearch” but I built an ftindex anyway. I have deleted and recreated indexes several times but it doesn’t seem to work.

They were ok until 6.5 so I’m not sure what happened here.

When yousay it doesn’t seem to work what do you mean? The index does not get build? You still get the error message?

Does your agent use selection criteria (in the agent builder)?

Does the agent start and not finish, or never starts?
