Is there nobody, who can explain these problems (see below)?! Where are all the Domino-Insider with know-how and expert knowledge?!

Hello!
First: Sorry for my bad english!
I detected some phenomenons… I work with several domino servers on different platforms: Domino 6.5.1 on Windows 2000 and Domino 6.5.1 on Linux Red Hat. There is a replica of a notes-database on both servers. For both databases I created a full text index with the same attributes: The first option “Index attached file > Binary attachments (more accurate)” is enabled, the other options are disabled.
The index-dimension of the database on Windows is 19 MByte and the index-dimension of the database on Linux is 96 MByte… Wow! This is a major difference!
But this is not the only… The search results are different!
Examples:
Search Query: “java and sap and oracle”
Search Result Linux = 11
Search Result Windows = 19
Search Query: “C#”
Search Result Linux = 60
Search Result Windows = 21
Search Query: “lotus and (notes or domino)”
Search Result Linux = 74
Search Result Windows = 77
Search Query: “.net”
Search Result Linux = 61
Search Result Windows = 66
Above all in some search-result-documents I can’t find the search query, not in the notes-document (visible and hidden fields) and not in the attachments???!!!
Who can explain about these phenomenons? And is there a possibility to solve the problems?
