After being told about the Full Access Administrators field in 6.5 i decided to put its ability to good use.
After adding myself into this field i had full access to databases which had previously caused a problem.
This had been fine for a couple of weeks. The problem is, I still have an entry in the Full Access Administrators field but now i am receiving the “You are not authorized to access that database” when i attempt to open the same databases.
Can anyone offer any help? … thanks

Hi there,
You only have full access WHILE you have the admin client open, and then you need to choose the menu option for full access (can’t check what menu that’s under right now). When you do that, you’ll see in all Notes Window titles "Full Access Administration - " which lets you know you are currently running under that mode.
