From Address in Emails

HiI am trying to send some confirmation email thru an agent and I’ll like that the from email address which appears to be a constant(standard company email id) and not the id of the person who is processing or running the agent.

I thought that messageDoc.From="standardemailid@company.com" would work but that does not or are there any server settings that I need to lookat

Can someone please tell me how I can get this going.

There are more options in R7 besides Principal.
