From a pack of 200 emails view single email separately

Hello,

Apologies, if this is a very simple question, I am a beginner and I thank for your patience in advance.

I have a list of emails in bundles of 200: earliest arrival time | latest arrival time | num entries. Double-clicking on one of these lines will open up an “(Untitled)” page with the data (INRCP, OUTRCP, SUBJ, …) of the selected 200 emails all together. Is it possible to view the INCRP, OUTRCP, etc. of a single email only?

Subject: I don’t get it. probably others either. What/where is this ‘packs’ of mail?

Is this Lotus Domino/Lotus Notes at all?

Subject: group of 200 emails shown as one entry

When I open the .nsf file, emails are shown in a long list in groups of 200. For each group the earliest & latest arrival time and the # of emails (200) are shown. When I double-click on one of these lines, all data about those 200 emails appears in a new tab of Lotus. I use Lotus Notes 8.5 basic.

Subject: Non-standard

What you describe is not the standard Notes functionality or mail UI. It sounds as though you are working in a custom application/mail template. You should talk to your administrator about that funcationality.
