From A list excel spreadsheet file, import the colum name "address mail" to copy the values to the field CCC in the memo

I would like to do a sort of mailing list , So from a microsoft excel spreadsheet file,

i would like to import only the colum name “address mail” to copy it automatically all the adress in the new memo to the field “CCC”

it can be very usefull for me if you do that for me
