Freetime Info Not Correctly displayed

When I am checking freetime info for a user its displaying me that he is available all the times. When I chekced his calendar I could see a lot of meetings but his fretime info is still displaying that he is available all the time.

Steps I have taken :

Re-configured his schedule info (preferences)

I have deleted and validated his freetime entry

Ran maintenance on his mailfile

Checked server for any other busytime.nsf file

Recreated Busytime.nsf

Restarted the server

Please advise what else can be done

Subject: One more suggestion

besides Tonys response. (The VALIDATE command is the best place to start on the server side.)

Try left mouse clicking in the gray “No Info” area of the scheduler UI on the line for the particular user. If there is an error getting their busytime data then it will be displayed on the status line. The error mesage there should give you an idea where to start looking next. If you see nothing in the status bar then no error (or data) has come back yet so just wait a few seconds and try again.

Since its been nearly a month since the postings, I am curious if you found the problem and what it was…

Subject: freetime issue

Hello,Is the client setup in local replica mode or on server mode of installation ?

I checked to replicate also freee time info from replication page in case of local replica settings.

On server side, i shutdown rnrmgr sched tasks before deleting the user’s document from busytime.nsf. then reloded tasks. And finally used te rnrmgr check and te rnrmgr validate commands.

Client works on local replica.I have already shut down 3 tasks and then created busytime.nsf but no luck

Subject: Tell sched validate and check

To update a person’s freetime information you use the commands TELL SCHED VALIDATE and TELL SCHED CHECK in R7 environments and higher. RNRMGR updates the freetime of rooms and resources.
