I know I’m about 5 years too late but I just stumbled across the amazon listing for this book and it looks like a useful read.
Amazon list but don’t stock it and the notesapi.com site no longer exists, so I was wondering if anyone maybe has a copy of the electronic download that Lee made available after covering his costs that they would be willing to share.
