Hi , i found the following problem.Server domino FQDN (server document): dom01.it.domain.com
host name : webmail.domain.it
in domain.it DNS server i have an A record with webmail.domain.it
If i send a mail to another domino smtp server i see on the console connecting :
webmail.domain.it BUT in the header of my message i have also
Some server that check if the DNS have a A record didnt check
webmail.domain.it but the other fqdn name…
i don’t understand because dom01.it.domain.com i knew that should be used only for browser access to domino server… not in smtp messages.
Anyway … i m searching information about this kind of problem.
