Hello!
I’ve tried to upgrade a domino 8.5 on W32 with ibm lotus sametime 8.0.2 and failed:
“Installer found an incorrect version Release 8.5 HF460|May 15,2009 of Notes in C:\IBM\Lotus\Domino\Server. Please check to ensure this is the correct directory or use a corresponding installer. See the file UPGRADE.LOG for more information.”
Any solutions?

Subject: I believe you must be at Gold Release 8.5 before installing 8.5FP1
So before installing uninstall the Hot Fix you have applied Release 8.5 HF460 by rerunning the Release 8.5 HF460 installer…That will do an uninstall and put you back at Release 8.5. You should then be able to install 8.5FP1

Subject: Can’t do it!
I’ve been told by IBM support that you can’t install 8.5 on a Sametime 8.0 server. You have to stick to Domino 8 or earlier. It’s one of the few servers we haven’t upgraded since doing our upgrade to 8.5. When Sametime 8.5 is released (soon?) you should be able to do it.

we have done also on 8.5 (without hotfix) and now it works also with FP1. At systemrequirementspage it is also defined as supported system (8.x).
