I´m using Lotus Notes 6.5 client but the server is Domino R5 and i want to foward an email to an account in internet, but i need a copy in the Lotus database inbox. If i make a rule in the Lotus Notes 6.5 that all documents will be send to a determinated account the rule doen´t work.
If i used the fowarding just send a copy to the external account but in the lotus notes database don´t.
I´ll appreciate any help.

Try to create an agent that forwards the messages (you must have manager access to that mail file).

The problem is with one account whose user won´t be in the office and he doesn´t want to use web access and he want to preserve a copy in Lotus and check his mail in other external account. How i can do that, if we have Lotus Domino 5 server, but to this user i install him Lotus Notes 6.5 trying to create a rule. Can work this rule with this combination Lotus Notes 6.5 with a server Domino 5 ??
