Subject: Forwarding muliple messages as separate e-mails
No real easy way to do it. You have to forward them one at a time. If you’ve got hundreds of them, you probably want to look for another option.

Thank you for your response Stephen
Add yes I have hundereds and there are about 200 users that will need to also move their content.
I was thinking forward as one e-mail then export to word and build a macro to insert page breaks after each e-mail header.
I have never created a macro to dod this but it seems like an option that maywork.
If anyone has a better suggest please let me know.
Thanks again

There are two ways to do that, depends your need:
As your way: selected all docs and forward as one e-mail then export to word, if you don’t have experience for Macro, you can use the Words’ Find/Replace function to replace some sentence ( such as “----- Forwarded by User Name on 03/12/2008 10:40 AM -----” ) to page breaks. You will get the all docs/mails in one mail with page breaks.
If you have manager ACL for all user’s mailfile, you can open A user’s mailfile, select all docs you want to forwarding, then select Edit → Copy, open B user’s mailfile, select Edit —> Paste. Now you have done “Forwarding muliple messages as separate e-mails” from A user to B user, but still more work for this way.
