A Lotus Notes user claims about a strange problem: forwarding mails from his mailbox effectively works but sometimes deletes the original received mail.
Did anybody ever heard anything about such a problem?

we had similar cases. A few users (1-2 from about 5000) tells us mails disappear after forwarding. If we (Admins) look into this database, all mails were visible for us. In our case we think it’s a viewing/caching problem. On the next day all mails are also visible for the user. Nevertheless you will allways find the mail under all documents. We found no available solution for that. We run the Notes Client under Citrix and there we have often problems which we cannot reproduce on a FAT Installation on an PC.
