Forwarding email removes history

I have an iNotes user that when she forwards emails the text she is forwarding is removed. Only the original TO, FROM, DATE, SUBJECT line shows, following that there’s a lot of blank lines. When I click in the area where the forwarded message should be, it appears to be a giant text box.

I’ve tried replacing the design, deleting the iNotes 6 Class file, deleting temp inet files & cookies, those did not help. The user is using IE6, I’ve also tested her account in IE7, does the same thing.

My LN Admin is stumped too, so now I am here asking your expertise. Your replies are much appreciated! Thanks.

have you tried to give this user access to another mail file and access inotes to that file. Then see if this is the same???

Are you using webmail redirect DB to gain access to iNotes??? if so also check that the user has the right access to that DB.

Then depending on the results check the perferences in iNotes (different to Notes).
