Hi.
We have a lot of mail-in databases.
When we make an agent that notifices our users, that a new mail has arrived, the user get an notification mail twice. The agent has been scheduled to run after new mail has arrived.
We have used the standard set-up when we created the agent.
I hope that you can help us.
Best regards
Peter

Hej Peter,
Do you run with clustered servers?

I think it is the same problem as I am having. Haven’t real figured out how it goes. It happens when the cluster replication is running and the mail is added to the mail-in db on the second server.

I have seen this happen at one installation in similar configuration (6.5.3 and 6.5.4): two servers in cluster, one mail-in db and an agent that processes delivered mail (trigger after new mail arrives). It is processed twice. In this case, it is processed a second time when a subsequent mail is delivered to the mail-in db.
