Forward Mail Setting Option not available in Action Menu

For some users of lotus notes client the forward mail setting option is not available in the Actions drop down Menu.The template used is StdR6Mail. When we go to left pane then in Tools->Preferences->Mails also does not have Fwd Address Tab.

That’s usually a symptom of rights and/or mailbox ownership.good luck

I have found this same problem after upgrading to the mail6 template, manually or during client upgrade.

I found that by doing a load convert mail\mailfile.nsf * mail6.ntf in the server console this fixed the problem.
