Dear all,
I have notes mail user whom have created more than one archive database, he normally need to accesss his archive database to read previous mails
The problem is when he tries to forward mails from the archive database, he needs some verification as if the mail is sent out. Previously whenever he forwards the mail from the old archive database , it will appear in the
inbox sent folder view , currently he does not receive this in the inbox sent folder. What would be the cause and how to workaround this issue?

What about when he forwards/sends e-mails from his e-mail box, do they appear in his sent folder?

yes he does. what would be the causes?

I just tested it with my own. WHen I open another e-mail box (either an archive thats local or another users mail thats on the server) the e-mail sent out appears in the currently open mailbox’s sent folder.
I’m guessing this is by design.
Can’t he just cc, or bcc himself?
