I need to forward ALL e-mails processed by the Domino Server (both incoming and outgoing) as a type of archive. I need all of the e-mails to be sent to their original recipients as well as being sent to a forwarded e-mail address (could be external). My question is this: can this be done through server settings, or do I have to create an agent to do this? I am very new to Domino, so if there are any suggestions on how to accomplish this, it would be extremely appreciated.
Subject: Read up on Journaling. You enable it in your Configuration document.
Then set up a Journaling rule in that doc. Beware, this will become a huge database.

What is your reasoning for this? Do you just want to retain a copy of every single message sent? Or are you trying to verify receipt of messages? Are you trying to monitor total mail usage?
