Formula for CreatedBy field

Hello, I have a problem with CreatedBy field. I used formula

@Name([CN];@userName), the thing is if A created the document, when B open the document in B workspace, the createdBy comes B’s name. How to keep the original user’s name who created the document?

Set the createdBy field to be a Computed When Composed field.

make the field Computed When Composed.

Hi Linda,

Make the field as Computed When Composed type. To do this you can goto Field Properties and Type of the Field. For further help post me a mesage.
