Format used when forwarding a Notes email

On one (recently reinstalled) Notes client, when using the ‘Forward’ command, the message is presented with an editable ‘fill in’ field which contains the address details of the original message. On another client, same Notes 8.5.1 version, when using ‘Forward’ the address of the previous correspondent is quoted ‘properly’ (like this and as we want it done on all clients)

I have tried hard to work out what the configuration difference between the two clients is and can’t seem to find it.

Can anyone point me a the setting wich controls the behaviour of the original address fields that are carried over from a ‘Forward’ command? (We could use ‘Internet Style Forward’ but this removes the useful HTML formatting in the message so isn’t the desired option).

Subject: Only seen in delegated accounts

We are seeing this problem when delegated accounts are accessed and messages are forwarded.

For us this happens when using Notes 8.5.1, however it is NOT seen when using iNotes.

Accessing a delegated mail account via iNotes and forwarding a message preserves the original sender’s email address.

As a workaround we are instructing our users to forward using Internet-style.
