Format Tab does not appear in Calendar

The Format “Tab” does not appear in Calendar …Happens only on her client on all mail files she opens.

Deleted cache, bookmark and desktop: no success

On another client it works fine.

I have seen this when an upgrade from 6.0.x to 6.5.x was done, rather than a complete clean installInstalling over the top left lots of funnies in the mail/calendar world
