Hi

I have a form, and some fields on it that should be accessed only by a user with higher access level than author, and a field on it that should be edited only by users who have author access?

How can i acomplish this?

There is an Access Control Section wher you can specify who can edit it.

Other way round is to use hide-when formulas and computed value.

I tryed with some code but it aint working

Enable all other fields’ property, “Must have at least Editor access to use”.

On the advanced tab (the one that looks like a beenie hat) of the field properties. Last option is “Security Options” set this to Editors and above.
