I’m new to developing in notes.I’ve created several forms that are starting to feel mature.
Recently, when I add fields or even text to forms in designer, those element never appear in the client environment.
I realize that they should not show in documents that are already created.
Some new elements do show.
There seems to be no rym or reason.
I can resolve the issue by creating a new form, moving all the fields over, but if i do a cut and paste off all the contents, I get same issue on new form.
It’s almost like there are dead areas on the form

Is it possible that there are hide-whens? If you have a hide-when on a line that you know is there, and you hit enter to add a new line and then add a field or whatever, the new line will inherit the hide-when.

Keep in mind, too (if you are a new developer), that if you have selected the form option “store form in document”, then the document will always use the form as it was stored instead of the form as it currently exists.
Subject: Various ideas
Are you using hide when formulas?Did you select the option ‘Store Form in Documents’?
Are you using a template?
You are incorrect that form changes will not appear in existing documents. Unless, you used latter option, changes to forms will appear in all documents.
