A form within a database was changed, but if I create a new document with this form, still the old form is presented.I tried to make a local copy of the databse, but even there I see the old form on new documents but the new form in Designer.
Server is R6, the error is the same on bot a R4 and a R6 client.

Subject: Form changed, but old form still active
Take a look in the Form properties. Perhaps the ‘Store Form in Document’ option is checked.(first tab of the form properties)
if this option is checked, the form design is stored in the document when composing it. Design changes in the form afterwards, do not have any effect on the existing documents.
Oops, sorry : I missed the fact that you were creating new documents. So the above doesn’t count.
Other hint :
perhaps you have two forms with the same name or alias … just guessing!
or perhaps you are working on two different replica’s in Designer and the Notes Client. Wouldn’t be the first time for me!
