I’ve setup a foreign domain document to route faxes to a fax application. When the message arrives in our mail.box, it sits for about a hour. After the hour has elapsed the message is delivered. Is there a setting that could be configured holding these messages?

You might check the routing task settings on your connection document. Change ‘Route at once if:’ to 1 messages pending.
